Plot:

Although director Alf tries to impress his employees that Christmas time equals gentleness, it will be a Christmas lunch out of the ordinary at Simonsen's Bijouterifabrik. Alcohol smokes down and inhibitions overboard, and before the night is over, several of the employees have replaced the Christmas lunch with detention.
