2009 after the end of Tamil civilian war, Srilankan troops are searching for hidden arms and ammunition in the jungle.Ranatunga his brother Somulu and few others are hired as labors who come across a hidden treasure and elope with it to Indian coast by killing the troops.After reaching India they bribe a corrupt cop who gives them new identity in the country, but soon Ranatunga and his man turn out to be terror in he region they start killing people like anything and spread their fear over thirty villages where he is the law an order. 16 years later when headless bodies are found in village SI Vijaya Laxmi and few female cops go to arrest Ranatunga but fall to prey of his wife Bharathi and are sexually assaulted by their man,the villagers are hoping for a ray of hope from someone who can save them. A stranger travelling in train arrives in the village when his train halts he gets in tiff with local goons of a politician asking them to apologize by saying sorry when they don't he bashes them left right and takes him to the politician where in the matters reaches to Somulu.Somulu to takes the matter lightly and gets whacked finally the stranger brings all of the whacked man in front of their boss Ranatunga .After listening to tale Ranatunga apologizes to him but the stranger who calls him self Jaat is in mo mood to leave as he finds everything fishy in the village and notices torn uniforms of female cops in the house.Jaat bashes Ranatunga's man in his own house and frees all women but Ranatunga challenges him that before sunset he will get him onto his knee's and ask to apologies. Jaat finds from Vijaya Lakshmi about Ranatunga's terror and his motive and decides to finish his empire as one man army.
