It's a Great Day!

Bob Grove, a builder, has problems with the local council over building supplies that he needs to complete a job on a housing estate. Under pressure to finish the job, his son obtains the materials through a local crook. When the council discovers this, they call in the police and the Grove family get together to clear themselves in time for the grand opening.
