Career Army Ranger sniper, Tad Volo, recently retired from the military has purchased a farmhouse in the middle of nowhere. Three months later he has a housewarming party at the farm. The guests include his younger sister Zoe, his girlfriend Dani and her sister Tara, along with his best friend, and former Army Ranger sniper, Buckley. What begins as a night of reacquainting suddenly turns into a nightmare when an unseen entity takes Zoe's innocent nature and possesses her.
