Plot:
Loose cannon Sgt. Richard Montana screws up a major drug bust and is passed over for promotion for Henderson, a cop he holds responsible for the death of his first partner. Disgusted, Montana throws in his lot with drug kingpin Gio. While he eliminates Gio's competitors and gets his promotion, Gio's lady tempts him into a scam that will see them both either rich or dead.
