Humanoid sea creatures start killing a fishing town's residents, and raping their women. It's up to the townsfolk and a visiting biologist to fight back and fend them off.
In the coastal town of Noyo, a genetic research project inadvertently creates a population of mutated, amphibious creatures that begin terrorizing the local residents. As the attacks increase, a local fisherman and a scientist work to uncover the origins of these anomalies and develop a plan to address the threat. The townspeople are forced to rally together to defend their community against the encroaching danger before the creatures' aggressive expansion spreads beyond the shoreline.
