Plot:

Slick train robber Turk Thorn (John Dehner) gets telegrapher/convict Dave Collins (Ross Elliott) released from prison so he can work in the telegraph office in Trail Head to learn of gold shipments he and his gang can steal. Cowhand Tim Holt (Tim Holt) ans his irish-mexican sidekick get involved when their friend Bob Jackson (Lee MacGregor) is killed while trying to stop a train robbery. Tim gets to know Dave and learns that he is an ex-convict trying to go straight.
