Hostage: Criminal Implication

Former undercover operative and syndicate heavy Vicente returns home to the United States after serving an 18 year prison sentence abroad, and quickly reverts to his old violent ways after discovering that his teenage son has been kidnapped in Tijuana. Later, as Vicente prepares to confront some fierce enemies from the past, he realizes that coming clean to his son about his secret-shrouded past may be the most difficult challenge of all.
