During the pandemic of COVID, the friends Haley, Jemma, Emma, Radina, Caroline and Teddy are bored with the lockdown, and Haley suggests a seance online using the Zoom. Haley contacts and hires the medium Seylan that warns that they shall be respectful with the spirits. She begins the seance and Teddy's girlfriend Jinny laughs and takes Teddy out of the group. Jenna says that her childhood friend Jack, who committed suicide, has contacted her. Seylan's internet drops and when returns, she learns that Jenna's narrative was a hoax. Seylan is worried since Jenna's behavior has opened a way to bring demoniac entity to them. Soon strange things happen with the friends.
