Plot:
Genius medical scientist Kim Sang-Chul (Oh Dal-Su), a renown expert in the field of stem cell research, kills himself. After an autopsy, the head of Kim Sang-Chul mysteriously disappears. Meanwhile, delivery service man Hong-Jae (Ryu Deok-Hwan) is in the process of delivering Kim Sang-Chul's head without knowing the contents of the package. Hong-Jae unintentionally learns the contents of the package and is kidnapped by Baek-Jung (Baek Yun-Shik). In the process Hong-Jae is able to hide Kim Sang-Chul's head. Hong-Jae's older sister Hong-Joo (Park Yeh-Jin) is a hot-blooded news reporter. Because of her impulsiveness Hong-Jae is suspended from her job. Nevertheless Hong-Jae still works to land a scoop on a popular entertainer. Hong-Joo then receives a phone call from Baek-Jung demanding she brings Kim Sang-Chul's head to him or her brother will die.
