US educated architect Rehan Ahmed is the son of a Delhi based construction magnate and is assigned by him to look into the final proceedings of selling a lavish residential estate called Glen Manor in Shimla before it's revamped as a major hotel. However, once at the estate, Rehan experiences presence of paranormal activity, something he only reluctantly believes. As he investigates further, Rehan is horrified upon finding that the house belonged to the wealthy Sabharwal family whose beautiful daughter Mira was attempted upon with rape by her lustful music teacher Iyer whom she killed in self-defense. But Iyer returned as an evil spirit and continually tortured her, forcing Mira into suicide, only for her own spirit to remain trapped in the house by Iyer. Feeling sympathy for Mira's plight even in afterlife, Rehan decides to rid off Iyer's evil spirit once and for all, ensuring Mira gets salvation and Glen Manor is no longer haunted.
