Juan Degas, known as the Jack of Diamonds, is a notorious arms smuggler bent on flooding America with state-of-the-art weapons through Hawaii. To accomplish this, Degas has devised an evil plan to evade the agents standing in the way. As a result, with L.E.T.H.A.L. agents Donna and Nicole in his crosshairs, Degas embarks on a bloody mission to eliminate them. Instead, as he lures them into a dangerous cat-and-mouse game that leads to Las Vegas, the ruthless criminal makes a grave mistake. With his threats hitting too close to home, Donna grabs her powerful rocket launcher and turns the conflict into a personal vendetta. Now, Donna must confront stealthy ninja assassins and radio-controlled scale boats loaded with explosives to stop Degas. But can the seasoned DEA operative protect everyone around her?
