Plot:

58-year-old Maghrebi cleaning woman Khadija (Saadia Bentaieb) falls asleep on the last train home after a long evening at work. She awakens at the end of the line and has little choice but to make her way home on foot as Brussels sleeps, which gives Khadija a unique opportunity to become intimately acquainted with the beauty of the city she calls home. GHOST TROPIC made its world premiere as part of the Directors' Fortnight at the Cannes Film Festival.
