An All-Star Comedy: General Nuisance

Peter Hedley Lamar, Jr., the timid, eccentric son of a millionaire meets two young ladies when his car breaks down; they are both nurses at the Camp Custer army-hospital and Peter decides to enlist in the army to be near the pretty one. After some traumatic difficulties with the recruiting sergeants, Pete accidentally gets mixed up with a visiting Latin America delegation, and is mistaken for a General. When his true identity is discovered, he is assigned to shining all the camp cuspidors. On the day of an aerial competition, yard bird Peter attempts to shut of the motor of an airplane but makes a mistake and it takes off, and Peter has no idea of how to fly an airplane.
