Jeanne Quester is a two-bit psychologist-on-the-airwaves in a two-bit radio station.She got a raw deal.When she was a child,her parents were slain and,fifteen years later, the killer (or the so-called killer) has just been released from the insane asylum .Horrible things happen:first,Deneuve's daughter's parrot is killed!and that's only the beginning.Fortunately,her older brother is a captain and he puts one of his detectives in charge of his sister's protection.
