Plot:
Alexandre's wife, a Marine, has given him an ultimatum until she returns from a submarine mission: Either he finds a job by then that guarantees him financial independence, or it's over. At the daycare center, Alexandre meets Arcimboldo, his hyperactive alter ego and a free spirit who offers "personalized services" through his one-man business and comes across a bit like the fairy in this fairy tale. Alexandre finds a job at a startup, even though he hasn't quite grasped the job description. The company, called The Box, cultivates a certain form of self-determination - he can set his own salary - but expects 24/7 availability and enforces a strict no-children policy. To hide the existence of his children and the two Alfreds (two stuffed animals), Alexandre has to go to great lengths - with Arcimboldo's active support. In the process, he discovers that the dreaded Severine, who always seems to be on the verge of a nervous breakdown, is actually the mother of Suzie, an intern at the company, and that other colleagues are also carefully hiding the fact that they have children. At Suzie's suggestion, they decide to use the weekly conference call to come out as parents and regain control of their lives.
