Exiled: A Law & Order Movie

Mike Logan, a New York police detective, was working in Manhattan. He was sent to Staten Island following an incident in which he publicly assaulted someone he thought got away with something illegal. While on his way to work, he comes across a body floating in the river. He decides to assert jurisdiction, which doesn't make his boss happy. But Mike hopes that solving the case could get him back to Manhattan. But the investigation takes Mike to his old precinct.
