Bart Corbin cannot handle rejection. He killed his dental school girlfriend, Dolly Hearn, and successfully made it look like a suicide by gunshot after she broke up with him. 14 years later, his wife Jenn also dies by supposed suicide by gunshot when they were separating. Bart was having an affair with his dental assistant Dara Prentice. Jenn was having an online affair; they had never met in person. That person is not who Jenn thinks they are. Jenn's family finds out about Dolly's death, and now the pieces have to be put together to put Bart away.
