At his own risk, a frustrated husband decides to use a highly experimental penis-enlargement cream to satisfy his wife, unbeknownst to him that the scientist behind this innovative formula has incorporated a gene-altering substance in the final product. As a result, a grotesque abomination in the form of the blood-thirsty and sexually famished hybrid--the Dick-shark--manages to escape into the water, craving unprotected young women.
