Keshav and Laxmi an aging couple are indebted with loan taken for their sons education with ruthless Dilip Sheth.They survive on pension of Keshav and small amount what Laxmi makes by bidding Sarees but find difficult to clear the loan.Every second day they have Dilip at their door creating ruckus and also using their house to spend time with a prostitute.Inspector Deshmukh whose on payroll of Dilip comes to the rescue of couple but Dilip finds his secret and starts to blackmail him.The couple is again left at the ruthlessness of Dilip and one day in absence of Laxmi.Dilip enters their house and has bad eye on their little neighbor Rama and wants to get his way with her.Keshhav can't take this and decides to take matters in his hand leading to a tragedy and unanswered questions to Deshmukh.
