Plot:

Peggy Gravel is totally paranoid that she is uncontrollable. She and her nurse Grizelda attack and kill her husband. They then try to hide, but a police officer with a fetish for women's underwear forces them to live in the town of Mortville, a pitiful community in which criminals live in terrible conditions under the matriarchal rule of Queen Carlotta. Both live with butch Mole and glamorous Muffy. When the queen's daughter, Princess Coo-Coo, has a love affair with a garbage man at the local nude camp, Peggy joins the queen in getting rid of the lowlifes of Mortville. Soon Mole, Muffy, and friends start to rebel against them.
