In the Mexican Sierra, bandits Sunshine (Marquard Bohm) and the Kid flee to the ghost town of Deadlock after robbing a bank. The only people living there are Charles Dump (Anthony Dawson) and his daughter Jessy. Dump senses his chance and tries to steal the criminals' loot. In classic dramatization, the suitcase of money moves back and forth between the characters, while the gangsters are too incapable of eliminating each other.
