American musician and polarising social media persona Annie Hardy has found a unique way to connect with her fans: the vlogger uses her car's dashcam to live-stream an improvised music show while on the go. One day, feeling frustrated with the COVID-19 restrictions in the US, she takes a trip to the UK. While there, she reconnects with Stretch, a former bandmate, and picks up where she left off. However, the show's British edition takes a nasty turn when Annie crosses paths with Angela, an unwell woman needing help. Reluctantly, Annie agrees to drive the mysterious lady to safety, only to realise that something is seriously wrong with Angela.
