Helena, a 40-year-old film producer, has spent years trying to juggle work, motherhood, and caring for her sick mother. When her mother dies, she feels lost. In her grief, but also strangely liberated, Helena begins to take time for herself again. She dances, gets drunk, and stumbles into a bittersweet second youth.
