Plot:
Well read and articulate, William Douglas Street Jr. laments the seemingly dead end nature of his life. Already once divorced from Darlene in his so far short life and despite enjoying the eye candy aspect of his current wife Gabrielle, he doesn't like that she is always harping on him about making more money and feels that she somewhat tricked him into starting a family before he was ready. He works for his father's burglary alarm installation business, a job which he hates largely in their strained relationship. His options to earn more money seem limited to criminal activities, such as dealing drugs. And he still lives at home which means enduring the antics of his younger brother who believes he's the biggest comedian in the world. As such, he ends up falling into a life of taking on whatever professional role he is associated with in other aspects of his life, those professional roles which he has no business being in, such as medicine and law, but which he seems not only to being able to fake his way through but at times excel.
