Caveat (2020)

Enticed by generous compensation into taking on a seemingly straightforward babysitting job, amnesic Isaac agrees to keep Olga company. However, the confused adult niece of a self-proclaimed old friend lives in an isolated, rotting house permeated with childhood trauma, haunting memories, and the stench of murder. And in this labyrinthine trap, some areas are off limits. But Isaac needed the money; after all, there is always a catch behind last-minute job offers. As the macabre secret in the basement reveals the gravity of his decision, Olga's unpredictable behaviour becomes dangerous, the walls seem to have eyes, and the fog in Isaac's mind grows thicker.
