Athens, Greece, 1995. Argiris, a 19-year-old introvert looking for a thrill in all the wrong places, meets Mary, a girl out of his league. When he nervously asks her out, she surprises him by accepting and immediately inviting him to spend a long weekend at her parents' isolated vacation home in the woods. But something is off; right from the start, her parents--a brilliant behavioural psychologist, and a successful paediatrician--reveal that their daughter is grappling with serious psychological issues. Now, they have three days to test Argiris' commitment. However, what begins as a series of seemingly harmless tests quickly escalates into something dangerous. As a result, fragmented memories resurface, and a dark secret begins to unravel, exposing a family dynamic marked by deep-seated fears. With Argiris becoming an unwitting subject in their unsettling experiment, what will it take to survive the harrowing ordeal?
