The enthusiastic stagehands, Roscoe and Buster, work their fingers to the bone to prepare the stage for Gertrude McSkinny's upcoming and unmissable performance. Before long, the first star arrives, an eccentric and pliable dancer, and then, a hulking and bullying strongman accompanied by his petite assistant, Molly.
