After finishing a stint in a mental institution, reformed pathological liar George tries to adjust to life outside the hospital. But things quickly go downhill when street-hustling conman Eddie convinces George to pose as Abe Fielding, a missing person with a fat wallet. George soon finds himself entangled in a web of lies as the millionaire's captivating wife and dangerous friend enter the picture, each demanding a slice of the pie.
