Annette (2021)[WebRip][720p]

Los Angeles: As a media-celebrated star couple, opera singer Ann and comedian Henry celebrate their love in the spotlight. Soon, Ann gives birth to their daughter Annette (played by a wooden puppet). The marriage becomes rocky when Henry stays at home to care for Annette while Ann's career flourishes and takes her overseas. Later, Ann has a dream in which six women appear and accuse Henry of abusing them. Back home, Henry's career goes into a downward spiral, exacerbated by a breakdown on stage. Gradually, he becomes resentful of Ann's continued success. The two plan a private cruise with the aim of improving their relationship. However, the cruise ends in disaster when Ann falls overboard on a stormy night after Henry forces her to dance with him while drunk. Henry flees with Annette in a lifeboat to an island. There, they both fall asleep when Ann's ghost suddenly appears and, out of revenge, gives little Annette her voice so she can haunt Henry. Although there is no suspicion of murder in Ann's death, Henry finds himself in an existential crisis: without Ann's income, he is in a financial dead end. He contacts Ann's former conductor, reveals Annette's singing voice, and suggests using her talent for a musical performance. Thus begins Annette's career.
