In search of the elusive Shirishama tribe, bold director Terri Flores leads an equally ambitious team of six documentarians deep into the Brazilian rainforest. But in vain. And then, while sailing along the winding Amazon River, they encounter Paul Serone, a stranded adventurer claiming to have evidence of the mysterious tribe's existence. As a result, this unexpected meeting renews the group's hopes. However, they are in hostile territory; this is the habitat of a monstrous apex predator. Now, with Paul seeming to know more than he is letting on, a slow and agonising death awaits the unsuspecting invaders. Will they find a way to escape the tightening coils of the mighty, twelve-metre anaconda?
