Abracadabra (2017)

Carmen is a homemaker from Madrid, married to soccer-obsessed macho man Carlos--whose abusive nature complicates her life--and mother of teen Toni. During Carmen's nephew's wedding reception, her cousin Pepe decides to prove his show-business abilities with a hypnosis session. After Carlos mocks Pepe in front of all his guests, a ghost possesses Carlos, who starts to undergo strange and radical changes of attitudes and behaviors. Carmen meets with Pepe, searching for answers about what's happening, and Pepe's mentor, Prof. Fumetti, helps her realize that Carlos is possessed by the spirit of Tito. a schizophrenic young man who, back in the early 1980s, killed his own mother and several wedding-party guests before committing suicide in the restaurant where he worked--the site of Pepe's party. With time running out, Carmen and Pepe try to exorcise the evil spirit before Carlos is totally annulled by Tito, at the same time that Carlos starts to suffer the consequences of being under the influence of a schizophrenic ghost.
