A mysterious new species of a vicious multi-headed Megalodon roams the warm waters of Puerto Rico, and greedy oceanarium owner, Thaddeus Marshall, wants to capture it to boost his sales. To do so, he strong-arms his marine biologist, Angie Yost, who, along with a small team of young researchers, decide to catch the underwater killer in his habitat. But, before long, just like in the 3-Headed Shark Attack (2015), the mutated five-headed Carcharodon stains the ocean red, gobbling down its helpless prey. Row upon row of razor-sharp teeth awaits the unwise shark hunters. Can they survive the mandibles of death?
