Childhood friends Jaidev Verma and Amar grows up to be successful gentlemen in life. Jaidev has always overshadows Amar resulting in jealousy and hatred to the extent of Amar lusting after Jaidev's sister, Karuna. Jaidev now a poet finds himself in further entanglement when Amar attempts to sexually molest his poetic fan and lover, Smriti resulting in Amar losing his life accidentally.
